I have been taking digital pictures for a long time now but have always felt frustrated with the fact that you do not have a quick way to view them without turning on the computer etc. Anyway as these frams became more affordable, I decided to buy this and try.
It turned out to be a great decision. I have a 1 GB SD card that I take pictures on my Canon camera. I popped the card in the frame and voila the pictures started flowing  . It was great to not have to apply rocket science for this to work and pictures being as clear as they came out to be.
Great frame…will recommend to anybody.

Picture flipping and HORRIBLE customer service – Janice –
I received this product as a gift. It immediately started flipping pictures. Called support and had to leave a message(!) No returned calls. Kept calling. Rep was condescending in the available online walkthrough, which didn’t work and fryed the unit. Called back. Same routine. Kept calling. Finally got a hold of the same (only?) rep. I had to pay to ship unit back. They sent a replacement. SAME problem. Called again. SAME no-answer, etc. routine. Finally took back to Staples for store credit and bought an HP. Read more...

I got this for my Mom last year on Mother’s day, and boy did I impress.
It’s simple enough to use that she could get all the pictures on there herself (at age 56), and all her friends were extremely jealous. They now know that their sons don’t love them. And my Mother raised her son much better than they did.

I don’t have any previous experience with digital photo frames, but this one was pretty easy to load images on. I recently purchased this frame as an anniversary gift for my in-laws. We went ahead and uploaded some family photos on it so it would be ready to go when they got it. I did have some trouble initially getting the images on my SD card to play on the frame, but then I formatted my SD card on my computer, and saved them on the card again. After that, playing them on the phone was easy. There were several buttons to push to save them internally on the frame, but the instructions are pretty clear. I saved the images one at a time though, which took longer. Afterward, I figured out that I could have probably saved all the images internally at one time. I uploaded about 40 pictures, because thats all family photos I had. The product information says it will hold about 45. The only thing I was disappointed by was that the frame says its compatible with MP3 and JPEG files. However, only the JPEG images can be saved internally. The only way to play MP3s is to save them on the SD card and leave it in the frame. At least that was all I could do. The instructions tell you how to save pictures internally, and how to use external media to play JPEG and MP3 files. But no where does it say how to load MP3 files internally. However, overall, I was very happy with our purchase. The picture quality was excellent, even with the old family photos that I had to scan in order to upload. I would love to have one for myself. It works great. I keep in on my desk and have about 200 photos on my memory card. That is the only thing I did not like, I had to buy a new memory card but for the price I could not expect them to give me one with the frame.
